Her life has been a whirlwind of combat, deception, and strained alliances, driven by a singular purpose: to protect her older brother, Shido Itsuka, even if it means sacrificing herself.

Mana is a complex figure, displaying multiple facets of her personality depending on the situation. In battle, she transforms into a stoic, highly skilled warrior, fully committed to her mission. Yet, outside of combat, Mana reveals her deeply emotional and caring side, especially in her unwavering devotion to Shido. Her affectionate, sometimes overly protective behavior towards her brother shines through, contrasting with the cold killing machine she becomes in battle. Kotori has remarked that Mana’s reckless, self-sacrificial tendencies mirror Shido’s, a testament to their shared will to help others, no matter the cost.

Physically, Mana is petite, with long blue hair tied into a high ponytail, brown eyes, and a small mole beneath her left eye. Her youthful appearance is deceiving, a result of genetic manipulation and Maryoku treatments by DEM Industries that have left her with a drastically shortened lifespan. Her casual style leans towards sporty and boyish, often preferring hoodies and practical outfits.
