Tio Klarus is one of the main female protagonists in Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest. She is a princess of the exiled dragonmen tribe and later becomes one of Hajime Nagumo's companions and wives. After her first encounter with Hajime, she develops a perverted and masochistic personality, becoming fiercely loyal to him.

In her human form, Tio appears as a beautiful, voluptuous woman in her 20s with long jet-black hair and golden eyes. She typically wears a traditional black dragonmen kimono with unique floral designs, a pink undershirt, and oiran's sandals. In her dragon form, she is 7 meters long with jet-black scales and golden eyes.

Initially strong-willed, kind, and wise, Tio's personality drastically changes after meeting Hajime. She becomes a pervert and masochist, deriving pleasure from pain and humiliation.
