Tsumugi Tsutsumi is a classmate of Shintaro Tokimitsu in Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included. It's pretty obvious that she has a crush on him. She first met Shintaro when she was very young. She got lost while returning from a relative's house, and he helped her get back to her own house but suddenly disappeared before she could thank him.

Tsumugi and Shintaro were then reunited after nine years of this incident - when they were allocated to the same class. She thought it was fate telling her that he was the one. However, we do not know if Shintaro even remembers helping Tsumugi as a kid.

Tsumugi Tsutsumi has a classic bob-anime-girl look. She's almost always seen wearing ribbons in her hair. She's usually seen in her school uniform. However, she has also worn a cute red tracksuit on several occasions. Her hair and eye color are both a beautiful shade of brown, one that's not too dark yet not too light either. Her overall appearance is reminiscent of the effortless girl next door.

Tsumugi has a pretty big crush on Shintaro. She's usually carefree and confident with most people; she even hits her friend Shuuichi Seno repeatedly when he says something that she doesn't approve of. However, she becomes awfully shy and blushy around Shintaro. She is overall a very helpful and compassionate person, but she can't help but feel jealous of Towa sometimes since she gets to spend so much time with Shintaro.
