Five Cafés and Restaurants from Anime I Wish I Could Visit in Real Life

We could meet there to have tea and cake together!

Sometimes food in anime is drawn so beautifully that I want to try them too!

When I see anime characters in a lovely cafe or restaurant, chatting and having delicious food, I can’t help but wonder how it would feel to be in such places.

Have you ever felt the same way?

Here are a few shops from anime that I wish existed in real life!

Sweets & Cafe LycoReco - Lycoris Recoil

More than a cafe, the attendants of Café LycoReco also help the community with various tasks.

I’d love to see Café LycoReco’s Western design with a sprinkle of traditional Japanese appeal and a cozy, welcoming environment. And, of course, try their hot chocolate parfait!

The dessert created by Takina might look awful, but the café got busy after they started serving it. So it must taste delicious!

You can check this post if you'd like to learn more about Lycoris Recoil.

Patisserie La Soleil - Nekopara

Cake shops are wonderful when you have a sweet tooth, amiright?

Now imagine yourself being served by the cutest catgirls.

You get that and more at the Patisserie La Soleil! The interior doesn't look fancy, but it’s spacious and comfortable. Plus, the best thing is that I can meet my best nekomimi waifus, Coconut, and her sisters!

Western Cuisine Nekoya - Restaurant to Another World

In Restaurant to Another World, the small restaurant Nekoya seems like an ordinary shop in Tokyo, but on Saturdays, it receives special guests from another world!

That means I could meet elves, vampires, and other fantastic beings. Can you imagine how much I could learn from listening to their stories for a weekend?

Restaurant Yukihira – Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma

I've got the feeling that if Restaurant Yukihira were real — no matter which dish I tried — it would be the best one I ever tasted in my whole life!

This small family restaurant belonged to Joichiro Yukihira, whose cooking skills are known worldwide, and later to his equally talented son, Soma Yukihira. I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant received three Michelin stars in the real world.

Lemon Beach House - The Squid Girl!

If I could visit this small restaurant on a trip to the beach, my day off would never be the same! Lemon Beach House is located close to the sea, allowing customers to enjoy a beautiful view while enjoying their meals.

Plus, I'd give Ika Musume a generous tip to help pay her debt. Even though I think such an adorable menace to humanity needs a lesson, how could I be mad at her?

My Treat!

I’ve had different Japanese food and even shared some recipes, but being able to visit restaurants straight out of anime would be something else!

There are other anime with exciting places, and while I can’t visit them in person, I can show you through these posts. So check the articles below for more amusing anime locations, characters, and moments!
