Hisui E. Fiore is the Queen of the Kingdom of Fiore and the daughter of Toma E. Fiore, the former king. She first appears during the Grand Magic Games arc and plays a key role throughout various arcs in the Fairy Tail series. Hisui is a strategic thinker and the mastermind behind the Eclipse Project, a massive and controversial plan that would manipulate time to combat dragons. Her intelligence and leadership shine as she navigates the responsibilities of being a ruler while managing her involvement in magical affairs.

Although Hisui was once a princess, her journey toward becoming queen is filled with decisions that define her strength and wisdom. She works closely with the military, including her subordinate Arcadios, to protect Fiore from threats like the Alvarez Empire.

Physically, Hisui is a petite young woman with light green, wavy hair that reaches her back and bright green eyes. Her usual attire consists of elegant, regal dresses that highlight her status as queen, often adorned with jewels, including her signature tiara. In battle situations, she dons armor and a cape, ready to defend her kingdom.
