Kirari Momobami is the prime antagonist of Kakegurui. She's the top dog of Hyakkaou Private Academy's gambling pyramid. She's also the richest student since she's the head of the entire Momobami Clan. She has extreme influence over the students of her academy. In fact, she is the one who created the entire house-pet system.

As the creator of this reprehensible system, Kirari often encourages cruel hierarchies. She loves showing people their actual place and being on top of the pyramid. She even encourages cruel acts like bullying, which makes her utterly sadistic. Kirari calls the academy her aquarium and likes to observe the students, who are her little fishies. She enjoys voyeurism; she loves to witness people when they're at their lowest.

Kirari Momobami has very pale, beautiful-looking skin. Paired with her long white hair and blue eyes, her skin shines even more. She wears blue lipstick and nail paint to elevate her eyes. On her cheeks, however, she uses a natural flushed blush. Kirari often ties her hair in two knotted rings. Her hairstyle is childlike, but her personality is exactly the opposite of it. 

Kirari's style and behavior scream old money. While she behaves and dresses like a pure, proper lady from the outside, from the inside, she's almost entirely rotten. She loves to dominate people, holding onto positions of power and misusing that power at her whim. She is also very manipulative. She likes to play with people just for the sake of her own entertainment.
