Tier Harribel is a powerful Arrancar who was formerly the Tres (3rd) Espada in Sōsuke Aizen's army. After Aizen's defeat, she became the de facto ruler of Hueco Mundo. Harribel is a Vasto Lorde-class Hollow turned Arrancar, possessing immense spiritual power and combat abilities.

Harribel is known for her calm, taciturn, and analytical nature. She prefers to observe battles rather than engage in them unnecessarily and strongly opposes killing for the sake of power. However, she can become aggressive and brutal when betrayed or when those she cares for are harmed, as seen in her reaction to Fracción's defeat.

Physically, Harribel is a tall, curvaceous woman with olive skin, aqua green eyes, and short, messy golden blonde hair with three braided locks. Her most distinctive features are the remnants of her Hollow mask, which covers the lower part of her face and extends down to her breasts. She typically wears a variation of the Arrancar jacket that covers the lower part of her face while revealing a portion of her breasts.

• Master Swordsman: She is highly skilled in swordsmanship and able to fight on par with captain-level Shinigami.
