There’s just something magical about the crisp morning air and golden sunlight filtering through the trees. It makes me feel alive and ready to do anything! Running is the perfect way to wake up my body and clear my mind. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to spot little hidden gems in the city—a new café, a flower blooming in an unexpected spot, or even a playful squirrel that inspires a quick chase.

Before we hit the ground running (literally), I always start with a warm-up. Stretching not only keeps me limber but also helps me feel connected to my body and trust me, a limber doggo is a happy doggo!
