Gasper Vladi is a male Dhampir, born as a half-vampire half-human before being reincarnated as a devil by Rias Gremory to serve as her first Bishop. Originally struggling with uncontrolled sacred gear powers, Gasper was sealed away until joining the Occult Research Club.

He is the possessor of the newly manifested Longinus Aeon Balor, evolved from the Forbidden Balor View sacred gear, which allows him to stop time in his field of vision. Despite his timid cross-dressing persona, Gasper has shown incredible bravery in defending his comrades.

History

Born between a vampire lord and a human mother, Gasper was ostracized from birth due to being a half-breed Dhampir. His uncontrolled sacred gear and vampiric powers led to accidental deaths, causing further fear and isolation.

As a child, Gasper's only friend was Valerie Tepes, who introduced his cross-dressing habit. He attempted to flee his abusive situation with Valerie's help but was killed by vampire hunters.

Rias Gremory happened upon Gasper's body and, taking pity, reincarnated him as her Bishop using a Mutation Piece. She was forced to seal him away to contain his powers until he could control them.

Personality & Appearance

Originally an extremely shy shut-in who preferred female clothing, Gasper has grown braver thanks to support from Issei and friends. He can force aside his cowardly nature when needed, displaying intense loyalty.

In his Forbidden Invade Balor the Beast form, Gasper exudes a far more aggressive personality in keeping with his darker powers, though still recognizing his allies.

Gasper has an effeminate appearance. His blond hair is styled in a bob cut with fringes framing his face. Unlike other boys, he wears the Kuoh Academy girls' uniform, creating the "zettai ryouiki" look with thigh-high socks.
